The City has found a way to create a more pleasing, welcoming approach into our community for those who visit, shop, or travel to Virginia.  The use of these banners will add variety and festiveness to our entrance streets into and key points in Virginia. The banners (8) different scenes, are designed by a local firm, with the designs that are familiar landmarks, events, and locations through Virginia.  These banners highlight the identity and history of our area, and draws attention to the uniqueness of our City.
