Grant Application

• The applicant will spend funds solely for the purposes stated in the application. The applicant will refund any unused funds or those that are used outside of those purposes.
• The applicant is strongly encouraged to purchase materials and services from local businesses when utilizing Foundation funds.
• The Foundation reserves the right to discontinue, modify or withhold any payments under this grant award or to require a total or partial refund of any grant funds if, in the Foundation’s sole discretion, such action is necessary:
(a) Because applicant has not fully complied with the terms and conditions of this grant
(b) To protect the purpose and objectives of the grant or any other charitable activities of the Foundation
(c) To comply with the requirements of any law or regulation applicable to the applicant, the Foundation, or this grant
• The applicant will submit a final report in a format provided by the Foundation, which may include a financial statement documenting the expenditure of grant funds. Consideration of future requests will be dependent upon completion of final reports for any prior grants.
• The applicant will recognize the Foundation in all appropriate publicity connected to the applicant program with use of the Foundation’s full legal name and/or logo.
• The applicant will allow the Foundation to include information about this grant in the Foundation’s marketing (news releases, newsletter, social media postings and website). This includes the purpose of the grant, photos applicant has provided, applicant logo or trademark, and other information and materials about applicant organization.
