Newslight Newsletter

In order to reduce overhead and environmental impact, while enhancing the immediacy and effectiveness of our communications, the Virginia Community Foundation has begun a transition from paper to digital communications. You may have noticed that there was no list of donors included with the Spring/Summer 2009 issue of NewsLight. We understand that the lists are important to many donors, but rather than publish our donors in the newsletter, we will post a current list of our donors on our web site.

Click here to view current donors.

This simple change will save the Foundation hundreds of dollars each issue for paper, printing and mailing costs.

This is just a step in our long-term goal of replacing more of our mailed materials with web-based communications. If you prefer to receive only the web-based newsletters and similar communications, please subscribe to our e-newsletter

If you'd prefer to receive both electronic and the paper newsletter, after  subscribing above, please tell us you still wish to receive the mailed material at director@virginiafoundation.com
