Virginia Foundation Unrestricted Endowment

Gifts to the foundation’s unrestricted Endowment have allowed the volunteer board members to respond to the ever-changing needs in our community.  Most of the foundation’s 112 grants have been made possible through the unrestricted endowment.  From large projects such as the VRMC helipad to small projects such as the baskets for Chestnut Street flowers, the community grant program supports every corner of Virginia.  We may not be able to anticipate future needs in our community, but the foundation’s unrestricted Endowment will be here to address those needs for future generations.
