Library Fund

The public library has been an important resource for the Virginia Community since 1896. Like all public institutions, our library faces budget reductions and has limited resources. Now everyone can help to keep the library strong and vital by giving to the Virginia Public Library Fund.

Contributions to the Virginia Public Library will be used solely to benefit this treasured resource. Seventy percent of each contribution is deposited into a permanent endowment. Investment returns from the endowment, along with the remaining 30% of each contribution will be used to support the most immediate and pressing needs.
